We offer a unique approach to analysing and improving complex project processes, which our team was responsible for developing, known as 'Flow'. The technique identifies where iteration is present within a process and provides methodologies for controlling, reducing or eliminating it depending on the needs of the overall project. The technique also assists in decision-making, risk identification and change management. Custom-made tools are available to allow clients to implement the approach.
Our consultants provide project planning and reporting services, across the full project lifespan from master-planning, through design and tender into procurement and construction, using a wide range of project management tools including Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject. We specialise in the Lean philosophies of collaborative planning, Last Planner, and Critical Chains.

We develop interfaces between Project Controls and Management systems to enable our clients to implement fully integrated management processes. Recent examples have included the development of interfaces between Oracle Primavera Contract Management and SAP and between Primavera P6 and SAP. We also deploy installations of Oracle Primavera systems within our client organisations.
Where scope change or productivity problems cause a delay, our analytical evaluation techniques and methods are used to determine the potential impacts and to establish robust recovery strategies. Our experience of the requirements under NEC forms of contract means we are accustomed to preparing detailed, robust programmes and analysing change and delay in programmes which we developed or which were generated by others.
